This blog is all about Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy. What is that, you may ask? Well, basically, this means that we view problems and symptoms as stemming from unhealthy beliefs, dysfunctional thoughts and behaviour.  We also view and use hypnosis as a tool that positively influences the effectiveness of emotional, behavioural, cognitive and symptomatic change. We have a college that teaches people, from all walks of life, how to be CBH therapists.

We would love for you to be involved in our blog. What do you think about CBH?  What has your experience been? We want this blog to be a collaborative effort, so the site can be as useful as it can  – and reflect the needs of each individual that engages with it. Also, please take a few seconds to answer our monthly poll question. We look forward to receiving your comments or suggestions. You can contact us directly at enquiries@ccbh.org.uk
